This week, I am away at Jekyll Island with Truth Spring Academy students. Therefore, I will be concise. Got to get packed! I will be back Sunday, though.
To all who attended our first Listening Session – thank you! These sessions afford us the opportunity to go deeper. There’s another session this Sunday — in our Red-Brick Sanctuary, 9am. Childcare is provided - sign up in advance.
Thomas Findley did a terrific job sharing his testimony with us last Sunday. I was so proud of him – what courage! He also did a terrific job putting on display how Jesus is transforming his life. Let’s continue to love and support him, Highland.
This Sunday, we pick back up with our series through Matthew. We will work through the “final lap” of Matthew 14, then turn the corner, entering Matthew 15. Following the sermon, we will have someone make a public profession for Jesus, followed by their baptism. Join me in celebrating “newness of life” in this repentant soul.

Men, let’s get together. Let’s spend some time studying God’s Word and doing life together. We will have a meal, spend time together, then study God’s Word together. We will begin at 6pm.
